Call for Teaching Geography review writers

teaching geography review writers - covers

Do you want to write for the GA?

The GA’s Teaching Geography journal is looking for new writers to get involved by reviewing recently published books aimed at geography teachers.

This is an excellent way for any GA member to become more involved with the Association by offering their unique insight to others; reviews are only 400 words long, so they offer a great way to begin writing for us. The GA will provide the book, and the reviewer keeps it at no charge.

If this sounds like an interesting opportunity for you, please have a look at our writing guidelines and contact Kathryn Newbold, GA Editorial Assistant.

We would also love to hear from you if you want to write an article for Teaching Geography. Perhaps you want to share some research or write about a good teaching idea you came up with, or you have read an article in the journal and would like to write a response. Whatever the case, we always welcome hearing new voices and ideas.

This call for reviewers runs until 23 February 2024.

If you would like to make a general enquiry about writing for Teaching Geography please email the Editor, Richard Bustin (rbustin@gmail.com).
