The reason behind our offer is that the Ofsted Consultation suggests that Ofsted will report on how well leaders support teachers to develop their subject knowledge and practice, through a high-quality professional development programme. The Quality Mark offers a framework and process which will meet this need.
We’re encouraging schools to get ahead of this requirement and register and maintain their Geography Quality Mark.
