Geography Education Online (GEO) closed permanently on 28 March 2025. It was the GA’s sister site aimed at supporting GCSE and A level students through their exams during the COVID-19 pandemic and the disruption caused. GEO was made possible by a grant from Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency.

We have over 60 A level and GCSE units from GEO that have been updated that are now available on the GA website. They can be found in Teaching Resources, please use the ‘GEO A level’ and ‘GEO GCSE’ filters on the left to find them easily.

The 14 ‘Careers Spotlights’ are also available in Teaching Resources, please use the filter on the left to find them easily.

We have updated and added over 100 GEO webinars to the Teaching Resources in 2026. Use the ‘GEO Webinars’ filter on the left to find them easily.

If you require any resources urgently from GEO that aren’t in Teaching Resources you can request them by emailing us on info@geography.org.uk.
